I'm an amateur photographer who has been creating images for over 45 years.  I started this website to share my images with a broader audience. 

I retired at the end of 2019 after a career in the construction industry working for commercial contractors and a manufacturer.  In early 2021 I picked up Kelvin, my customized RV Sprinter van which is built on the 144” chassis and has four-wheel drive.  Travels with Kelvin will be as much about the journey as the destination.  After living in both the eastern and western United States I know that there are many great places to explore anywhere you live or visit.   

Although my passion remains nature photography, you can see from the images posted on my website that I enjoy other subjects.  I enjoy hiking and snowshoeing to explore natural areas in search of lighting and subjects that spark my creativity.  On some days the subject is illusive or I’m not in that creative zone.  When that happens, I enjoy my time being outdoors and exploring new areas.

Bucket Lists.  I don’t have one!  Yes, there are many locations that I would like to visit but I would prefer to wander and take things as they come.  If I’ve enjoyed the journey and created some great images, I’ll be satisfied.
